After completing a degree in mechanical engineering, Mr van der Zouw (born 1954) gained over 30 years' experience in the management of medium and large industrial companies. During his time as CEO of the Eriks Group from 2001 to 2011, he made a decisive contribution to the transformation of the group from a traditional technical supplier into a modern industrial supplier. During this time, the company grew from around € 0.4 billion to € 1.3 billion through organic growth and acquisitions. Since 2011, he has brought hismany years of experience to positions on various Supervisory Boards and Advisory Boards of different international companies.

Summary

After gaining a degree in engineering at the Technical University of Berlin, Mr Bischoping formed an industrial engineering company with a partner in 1974 which he expanded in the 1990s by way of acquisitions. In 1987, he was one of the co-founders of Masterflex Kunststofftechnik GmbH. Mr Bischoping resigned from the senior management of his engineering companies in 1998. When Masterflex Kunststofftechnik GmbH became a public limited corporation, Mr Bischoping stepped down from its management team and became Chairman of the Supervisory Board until 2016. In June 2016, AGM voted for him as a honorary chairman.
